Welcome to SIA Vault. By using our website and application, you accept and agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Nature of Service & App Platform Rules

SIA Vault is an administrative software interface designed to document and catalog firearms, compute bills of sale, and submit appraisal requests. Sia Vault · A Division of Standard Issue Armory LLC provides this architectural software service "As-Is". We are not responsible for the accuracy of data inputted by the user.

Platform Addendums: If you are accessing this via a third-party app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), you acknowledge that these terms are solely between you and SIA Vault, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are directly absolved of any responsibility for the service, its content, or any required maintenance and support.

2. Market Intelligence

By requesting a "Market Intelligence" report, you acknowledge that:

• You are formally requesting a professional evaluation and appraisal from Sia Vault · A Division of Standard Issue Armory LLC (FFL).
• SIA operates as a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and issues official Market Intelligence Reports. As part of this professional evaluation, SIA conducts an official serial audit to verify the asset is clean and not reported stolen.
• SIA is under zero obligation to provide an appraisal or valuation if data is insufficient. This service does not constitute a solicitation or facilitation of a firearm sale.
• Report Processing Fees are strictly for the computation and processing of the request and are generally non-refundable.

3. Legal Disclaimers & Bill of Sale Processing

SIA Vault provides an auto-generated "Bill of Sale" PDF output. This logic does not constitute legal counsel or formal legal advice. Laws governing the transport, sale, and licensure of firearms vary strictly per state, county, and municipality. It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable Federal and State laws regarding private transfers.

4. User Obligations & Warranties

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing SIA Vault to store, transmit, or process data connected to illegal weapons, unlicensed destructive devices, or stolen property. You warrant that all information you provide during FFL communications is legally accurate and non-misleading. We reserve the absolute right to unconditionally suspend or terminate your account—wiping all platform services without notice—if a breach of these legal obligations is detected.

5. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sia Vault, Standard Issue Armory LLC, its contractors, owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, lawsuits, legal fees, or liabilities resulting from your use of the application, your potential transfer or transaction of firearms using our templates, or your violation of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sia Vault · A Division of Standard Issue Armory LLC, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this digital platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without explicit individual notice. Any revisions will be actively posted on this page. Your continued use of the application subsequent to modification implicitly bounds you to the updated clauses.
