1. Information We Collect

Sia Vault · A Division of Standard Issue Armory LLC ("SIA", "we", "us", "our") operates the SIA Vault application. We collect the following types of information when you use our service:

• Account Data: Email address, Phone Number, Google account (if logged in via Google), IP address when you log in, and encrypted authentication tokens. We log IP addresses for standard authentication security, fraud prevention, and system health logging. We do not sell or share your contact information; it is used exclusively to contact you regarding your account or vault status.
• Inventory Data: Details of firearms you explicitly add to your vault (Make, Model, Caliber, Serial Number, Purchase Data, Notes).
• Media: Photographs uploaded for documentation or appraisal purposes.
• Transaction Data: For Trade-In Appraisals, we temporarily process payment integration tokens. We do not store your credit card numbers; all payments are processed securely by Square.
• Biometric & Device Data: SIA Vault utilizes passkeys and WebAuthn for secure local login. Any biometric data (e.g., Face ID, Touch ID) used for unlocking your vault is verified completely locally by your device hardware; it is never transmitted to, nor accessible by, our servers, Apple, or Google.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information strictly to provide, maintain, and improve the SIA Vault functional services:

• To construct and securely display your digital Bill of Sale templates and Vault dashboards.
• To process and authenticate "Clearance & Valuation" requests via authorized FFL networks.
• To send critical administrative emails (e.g., password resets).

3. Data Security & Encryption

SIA Vault employs 256-bit AES encryption at rest to protect your inventory data. Access to your vault is secured by strict authentication protocols locking visibility down to solely your authenticated account session. We actively sever unauthorized digital scraping or public data aggregation attempts.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We absolutely do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data or inventory list to third-party marketing or advertising networks. We only share information in the following strict technical contexts:

• Payment Processing: Square processes clearance transactions structurally apart from our servers.
• Appraisal Validations: When you explicitly submit an item for Appraisal, that specific item's details are forwarded to SIA's Admin review system for clearance queries.
• Legal Compliance: We will disclose information only if strictly required by subpoenas, court orders, or state/federal law enforcement warrants.

5. User Data Rights & Deletion Procedures

You have full control over your data directly within the application. Pursuant to Apple App Store and Google Play data deletion requirements:

• Inventory Control: You may edit, replace, or delete recorded firearms within your SIA Vault at any time. When deleted, the respective inventory nodes are permanently destroyed from our production databases.
• Account Deletion: You have the right to request full deletion of your user account and all associated vault records at any time. You may exercise this right through the application settings or by contacting us directly. Upon complete deletion, all associated personal and inventory data is irrecoverably purged, aside from transaction logs retained strictly for federal FFL compliance tracing.

6. SMS Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
