Data & Account Deletion

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

At SIA Vault, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account or any associated data from our systems, you can do so easily.

How to Delete Your Account and Data In-App

You can permanently delete your account directly from within the SIA Vault application:

1. Log into the SIA Vault application.
2. Tap on the Account or Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Scroll down to the Account Management section.
4. Tap on Delete Account.
5. You will be prompted to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, your account and all associated inventory data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

What Data is Deleted?

• Inventory Data: All firearms, ammunition, accessories, and associated metadata (serial numbers, notes, values) you have added to your vault.
• Media: All photos and documents uploaded to your vault.
• Personal Information: Your account profile, including your email address and phone number.
• Note: Any transaction logs associated with completed FFL appraisals/clearances may be retained strictly as required for federal compliance tracing.

Manual Data Deletion Request

If you are unable to access the app or prefer that we handle the deletion for you, you can submit a manual data deletion request.

Include the subject line: "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request and confirm the deletion within 3-5 business days.
